The Virginia Headwaters Council is organized into two districts, Monticello and Mountain Valley, each serving unique communities and providing tailored Scouting programs. Learn more about each district and find resources, events, and contacts to help support your Scouting journey.
Monticello District
The Monticello District serves Scouts and families in Albemarle, Charlottesville City, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Madison and Orange counties.

Mountain Valley District
The Mountain Valley District serves youth in Buena Vista, Covington, Harrisonburg, Lexington, Staunton, and Waynesboro Cities and Alleghany, Augusta, Bath, Highland, Pendleton (WV), Rockbridge, and Rockingham Counties.
